Employee Development Systems, Inc. (EDSI), since 1979 has focused on developing classroom, instructor-led training and development programs. Leading with Credibility is a course for leaders and managers who want to enhance their leadership skills in areas such as innovation, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, influencing teams, personal accountability, and values.
